Felt like I haven't been wearing any of my brights lately, so I tried on Sally Hansen's Snappy Sorbet. Like most of the insta-dri's, application was a bit goopy, but nothing a little thinner can't fix. Only 2 coats of this for even application! The color looks a bit neon here, and it's tad less shimmery in real life I think. Snappy Sorbet is a bright creamy coral with some subtle silver shimmer; a really fun color, I love it!

NOTD - Zoya Suvi
okay off topic, but today I finally got my traincase! It's actually bigger than I expected, whatever I'll just do a thorough post on it tomorrow. I'll probably also film and upload another tutorial tomorrow, just a heads up! :P
oh and I installed intensedebate on here now. That'll be more fun, right? :D

Today, I have on Zoya's Suvi. I got little nubs now, so I decided to go with a vampy color. Suvi has a dark greenish charcoal base with loads of cool green microshimmers. Even though it's so dark, it still looks green in most lights, which I absolutely love! It also has this glowy effect where it's darker around the edges. I applied 3 thin coats to achieve complete opacity, but you probably could get away with 2.

Nails inspired by Kelis.
stumbled upon the 4th of July vid by Kelis and was inspired to do this manicure.
I chose green instead of pink though. I did the strip a little too thick though but whatever. Not sure if I like it, what do you guys think?

kelis' nails in her vid for 4th of July

my version.
I used 2 coats of Orly Coffee Break (one of my go-to colors! def a favorite) and the green is 1 coat of China Glaze Four Leaf Clover.
